Having had the first buyers pull out at the last minute after dragging their feet for months, I was wary of going through the process again. Laura Fletcher offered to see it through for me from start to finish and she was exceptional. There were problems along the way mainly due to the vendor's solicitor, but Laura chased, followed up, reassured, talked to others in the Chain, and did everything she could to help and to finally get the sale through. The rest of the Team there really helped too when Laura wasn't in the office. She made me feel that it really mattered to her that my move went through as smoothly as possible.
