Goodchilds recently handled the sale of a property for me. All the staff that I dealt with were most helpful. The valuation was in line with my expectations, and they arranged a number of viewings very quickly from their database. I was contacted after each viewing with the agent's impression of the potential purchaser's reaction to the property. Once an offer had been accepted, the property was marked as Sold subject to contract and the conveyancing firm that Goodchilds recommended to me swung into action. There was a slight delay when the purchasers opted to delay completion by a couple of weeks from what had originally been agreed, but otherwise everything went through smoothly.
