Goodchilds in Hanley recently acted as my selling agent for a property that I had previously tried, unsuccessfully, to sell several years earlier using another agent before renting out. I was incredibly impressed by the professional, courteous and efficient service I received from the team at Goodchilds and, this time, I received an offer less than 3 weeks after the property was marketed and the sale was completed around two months later. As I did not live locally, I feared this may make things more complicated or slow things down but Goodchilds were very supportive and responsive. I was kept in close communication throughout the whole process and everything was arranged for me.
