Really good service
Goodchilds recently handled the sale of a property for me. All the staff that I dealt with were most helpful. The valuation was in line with my expectations, and they arranged a number of viewings very quickly from their database. I was contacted after each viewing with the agent's impression of the potential purchaser's reaction to the property. Once an offer had been accepted, the property was marked as Sold subject to contract and the conveyancing firm that Goodchilds recommended to me swung into action. There was a slight delay when the purchasers opted to delay completion by a couple of weeks from what had originally been agreed, but otherwise everything went through smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service

Selling old and buying new property
Brilliant service, both selling old and buying new property. Essential updates always given, fantastic communication and very pleasant and helpful staff. The whole process of selling and buying took 7 weeks, very impressive. I would most definitely commend Goodchilds to all people I know.

Goodchilds stuck at a difficult sale
Hooray! Goodchilds has recently sold my house in Stoke-on-Trent. After three and a half years on the market, including two years with Goodchilds, it has not been the easiest of sales.. Other estate agents only showed round a couple of viewers whereas Goodchilds were able to generate interest from a good number of folk over the time we were with them. Rhys in particular deserves praise for sticking at a difficult job and always showing positivity and determination.. In spite of the chain falling apart twice Rhys and Goodchilds worked hard to make sure the sale went through. We were pleased to have put the sale of our house in the hands of such a good team.

Top Service
Recently sold a property that Goodchilds had on their rental books. While the property was rented,they always kept me up todate with what few problems did arise,the actual paperwork was simple and easy to understand I only sold the property because I was a reluctant landlord. The property was put on the market and once again all the paperwork and legals were dealt with by Rob and his team they did all the viewings and everything went smoothly. very pleased with the service and would recommend them to any potential landlord or seller.

Smooth hassle free service from Goodchilds Hanley

Excellent every step of the way!
We sold a house with them recently after a bad experience with another agent. Goodchild's exceeded every expectation from start to finish! Sold for the asking price within no time at all and nothing was too much trouble even after we had sold. Definitely 100% recommend them!

Sale of House in Blythe Bridge
Overall I am very pleased with the service that Goodchilds gave us, they were helpful, knowledgeable and kept me informed at every stage of the successful house sale. They were particularly helpful in the 'offer' stage and sorting out competing offers and providing objective advice. Along with putting us in touch with reasonably priced solicitors who were helpful in the conveyancing of the house sale.

Very professional help and advice.
Goodchilds gave good initial advice and guidance and kept tight control of all important stages throughout.. Communication was especially good keeping me fully informed right up to completion of the sale and helping to keep stress levels at a minimum.
