This team is truly amazing. From the moment we met Peter the Sales Manager in the office through to Ted holding a Saturday viewing with 16 prospective buyers (which I was able to miss in favour of a leisurely day out) and then ten days later Peter advising us on which buyers to proceed with, the service level and communication from this branch were consistently utterly professional and reassuring. We hadn’t moved house for over fifteen years, so we needed some educating on more recent trends, and Peter and his team could not have been more helpful or patient with us. On top of this, we were selling two properties and buying one, but Peter was not daunted by this idea and provided us with lots of help and encouragement. Thanks to him, our choice of buyers to proceed with turned out to be spot on which helped us get through a process which unfortunately in the final few weeks became mired in difficulty.
