I now live around a hundred miles away from my property in Harlow and I thought selling it would be problematic because of that. Intercounty advised on a realistic selling price arranged a viewing day, sent market updates, kept me posted as to those attending and found a buyer who could proceed and was prepared to pay the full asking price.
