From the moment we chose to sell our house with Ashtons they have been fantastic! Joe was brilliant updating up with feedback and viewings and sat with us to explain certain feedback and had so much experience with altering price etc. Always responding to calls and email straight away! Johnny was also brilliant and kept us in the loop with everything that was going on with the process and again quick to get back to us on any questions. Colin Hickey stands out head and shoulders above anybody else. I have found letting - and have done through various agents quite tricky especially from the other side of the world. But Colin is always available - at odd hour too - understanding, responsive, practical and nothing is too much trouble. We sold and purchased house with Ashtons Harpenden in early 2024. It's a highly competitive local market and as it was the first time we were both selling and buying a property, entering the process was extremely stressful for our family. Everyone we dealt with at Ashtons were extremely professional but it was the personal approach from Greg and Joe that really made the difference.
