Colin and the team managed our property extremely well while we went away for 12 months. As it’s our family home and not a buy-to-let business for us, they understood the importance of our needs during our time away and for return. Unfortunately the tenant didn’t quite keep up to their end of the bargain so there was a lot of remedial work once we got back - but Colin and Ashtons went above and beyond to get everything ready for our arrival.
