Syd and the team were excellent throughout the tortuous process of selling our house. Nothing at all I could fault them on and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent. Only four stars rather than five because, for a £1.5+mn house, 1% +VAT is an extortionate fee (I am a Yorkshireman), though this is pretty standard so reflects my general view of estate agent pricing rather than Myrings in particular
