We have used Myrings 3 times over the last several years, to sell our own homes and more recently to sell my late mother's home after she passed away. While other local agents valued the house much lower, Myrings valued the house at a higher and more realistic price and secured an asking price offer within days of going to market. Their commission was worth every penny for the additional price we achieved for the house and they worked hard to ensure that the sale completed without any problems.

Would highly recommend myrings. All the staff are so lovely and friendly. Any issues or queries you may have they are very quick to help and solve. Would always look to rent with them first if I was ever to move in future. The cheapest fees I’d found in Harrogate as well. Highly recommend 5*

From our first meeting with Syd and his team to the day of completion the sale of our family home was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Holly was absolutely fantastic, liaising with all parties on our behalf, including the solicitors, but keeping us informed (and calm! ) at all times. I cannot recommend Myrings highly enough.
