If I were to ever consider going through the traumatic process of selling a house again, I would return to Myrings every time - they were AMAZING. When my house sale fell through after four months and I was all packed and ready to go after a very insincere little man changed his mind, Myrings did everything they could to get us back on track. I can not praise them enough, their standard of customer service really is different to the rest. Holly went above and beyond to help me in everyway possible, for which I will always be extremely grateful. If you are selling your house, I can not recommend them more highly, they definitely go the extra mile.

We were extremely fortunate to have such a professional yet friendly and warm team dealing with our house sale. Every time we visited Myrings we were welcomed by smiles (in particular Clare and Donna) and offers of help. This was also very evident when other potential buyers were in the office. What was very apparent from our purchasers (given what they were experiencing from their agents) is that we had the benefit of a very proactive team working for us. Holly and her team were a delight to work with and made the sale of our house as easy as possible. When we experienced difficulties within the chain(beyond Myrings control) Holly went above and beyond her remit and kept the whole chain moving and informed. Syd and the team were excellent throughout the tortuous process of selling our house. Nothing at all I could fault them on and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent. Only four stars rather than five because, for a £1.5+mn house, 1% +VAT is an extortionate fee (I am a Yorkshireman), though this is pretty standard so reflects my general view of estate agent pricing rather than Myrings in particular

I am a First Time Landlord to begin with Nicola Bates came to view the property and explained everything. She was very Helpful. As a First time landlord I was very Nervous and she explained everything and guided me through the process. Once the property was advertised Joely siswick communicated with me with all the Tenants questions and very Helpful.

They found me a tenant quickly who unfortunately had to pull out but within 2 days they have found me another one
