We have used Myrings twice in relation to property sales over the past 4 years and I can describe them in no other way than exemplary. The team are personable; professional; consistent and have a deep understanding of the North Yorkshire property market. I would go as far as saying they are the best business I have come across in terms of client experience. They have never dropped the ball on even the slightest detail during our transactions. If I were to ever consider going through the traumatic process of selling a house again, I would return to Myrings every time - they were AMAZING. When my house sale fell through after four months and I was all packed and ready to go after a very insincere little man changed his mind, Myrings did everything they could to get us back on track. I can not praise them enough, their standard of customer service really is different to the rest. Holly went above and beyond to help me in everyway possible, for which I will always be extremely grateful. If you are selling your house, I can not recommend them more highly, they definitely go the extra mile.

We were extremely fortunate to have such a professional yet friendly and warm team dealing with our house sale. What was very apparent from our purchasers (given what they were experiencing from their agents) is that we had the benefit of a very proactive team working for us. Syd and the team were excellent throughout the tortuous process of selling our house. Nothing at all I could fault them on and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent. Only four stars rather than five because, for a £1.5+mn house, 1% +VAT is an extortionate fee (I am a Yorkshireman), though this is pretty standard so reflects my general view of estate agent pricing rather than Myrings in particular

As a First time landlord I was very Nervous and she explained everything and guided me through the process. Once the property was advertised Joely siswick communicated with me with all the Tenants questions and very Helpful.
