Really happy with the service I am getting as a client so far. The tenant in my property had not paid their rent on time, Lizzie and the team were very instrumental in ensuring payment was made by the tenant, despite the slight delay. I am also very pleased with the service that Ellie has provided. She has worked tirelessly in getting quotes for some repairs needed in my property and has already arranged and completed an urgent light fitting. I was very impressed with the thorough inspection report she provided, her timely and detailed responses to emails and ongoing general updates that I have been given by Ellie and the team. I couldn't be happier with this agency, they are indeed a cut above the rest and care for one's property like their own. Ellie and Lizzie are very outstanding staff and have been nothing short of brilliant in managing my property! Highly recommend them to other Landlords.
