Dawn Murphy has been dealing with the management of our rental flats and we are very pleased with the service she has provided. We have had a problem with one of our flats where the tenants had not paid the rent for 18 months. Dawn has dealt with the tenants professionally and efficiently and, once we finally gained access to the flat, she has been unstinting in her efforts to return the flat to a good condition. Using her many contacts she has had the flat cleared out, cleaned and decorated and new carpet laid. The garden has also been tidied and the plants cut back. Due to her efficiency all this was done within a week. She has worked long and hard to alleviate our problem. And throughout all this she has been good humoured and friendly and we are very grateful to her.
