Great service which gets results

We had our late parents property on the market for over a year when someone recommended using Mather Marshall . Duncan was honest and straight forward. Their fee is not the cheapest in the area but also not the most expensive but I must stress that it is worth every penny and they do go the extra mile. They got viewings, set up a family "Whatsapp " group with updates, which was fantastic for my Brother who lives in New York and they sold the property within a month. When we had some unusual issues with the land registry and rather than loose the sale, they suggested renting the property to our buyer until completion, which was a fantastic idea, rather than loose the sale.
