Excellent service, highly recommend

I recently completed the sale and purchase of my 3 bed house , downsizing to a 2 bed. Raine and Co were the agents for the sale (the most crucial part of the chain). I cannot express how satisfied I am with the team at Raine and Co Hatfield. Firstly, Michael had been to value my house several times since 2012 and each time gave me a though rough appraisal of the property without making me feel pressurised to sell the house. His confident, professionalism and transparent, informative discussion about the market on each occasion really made him stand out in comparison to some of the other agents who walked through the door. I felt that with Raine and Co I'd be in really experienced hands and I was. Sam, who is a young member of the team, was my main contact and the person doing most of the viewings on my property. The thing about Sam is he is so enthusiastic, he has energy and drive but is completely free of arrogance. He ALWAYS called me back as many times as I needed him to. To be honest I felt as though I was the only client the office had on their books even though they are the agent with the largest footprint in Hatfield. Sam is also reflective and always open to suggestions and learning about different ways of doing things so when things became tricky at the end with delays from the various lenders and solicitors he listened to my suggestions and tried really hard to progress the sale. He'll do well at anything he decides to do. The last person I'd like to rate is the absolutely outstanding Magdalena Lora. Magda is the sales progressor, she is the kind of employee that is every company's dream. She is so outstandingly efficient it is actually breathtaking (this coming from a person with little patience). She would email and call to update me about any little detail knowing that I was hanging on for even the slightest tidbit of information. She was so much on top of what was going on with all parties on all sides that I learnt how far you could go in sales progression and when she went on holiday the week before the sale I was able to share with Sam what she had been doing and he then took on the tips (which he admitted not normally doing). Magdalena is a real star. She is worth every penny and I hope she ends up in management, companies need people like her in charge. THANK YOU Raine and Co. I'm now enjoying a peaceful, happy life in my new home. The process was solo stressful in general and you made it a thousand times easier and really looked after me.
