This is a review about Lisa Bradley, FBM's sales progression manager. I have dealt with Lisa over 2 sales now, neither of which has been straigtforward, and I am extremely grateful for her energy, commitment, positivity and unfailing good humour. She is dedicated to her task and to her clients, she always kept me informed about progress - or lack of it - and was a key player in steering both cases through to completion. FBM is very lucky to have her. On a more general note, i feel that FBM should exercise more care in recommending solicitors to their clients. All of the problems arising with my second sale were entirely due to shortcomings with the firm dealing with the conveyancing process. FBM's reputation is done no favours by this.
Thank you for helping us sell our home & talk us through the process of selling & buying a property thank you , estate agent was polite helpful we look forward to viewings & the sale & buying of another property thanks again
Disappointed to discover that there was another viewing just 15 minutes after my appointment so i felt extremely rushed. Further disappointment when i drove past property 45 minutes later to see the later viewing was still there!!! Also the agent present was unable to answer the simplest question
With hindsight we would not use this estate agent again. A senior sales negotiator who says she does not negotiate, a branch manager who does not communicate with buyer and seller effectively and a director who does not answer e-mails. There are better out there.
Never answer the phone. Don't take properties off that are no longer available
Tried several times. They don't even answer the phone. I think this is an indicator of how responsive they would be.
a very unsatisfactory experience that may well leave me homeless. i advise people from my experience not to deal with this office. the manager shows no honesty nor integrity except to making a few extra pounds. a very sad existence in my opinion
Very very poor worst estate agent I have ever come across only interested in making as much money as they can please do not use this company
Absolutely shocking how a good friend has been treated, he thought he had everything sorted with his new house and he's just been gazumped. It might not be illegal but morally it stinks. I don't think you realise how stressful and emotionally draining this has been.
