After 19 weeks of viewings and many cancelled viewing appointments with another local estate agent, Simple estates took our property on, they maanged to secure a buyer for our property on their fist and only viewer. Not only were we kept up to date wih everything from Victoria from their sales team, when we were let down with a property for ourselves, just a few days before the completion date of the property we were selling, Gurpreet was quick to offer us a viewing on a property, where we are now living. Due to many reasons, the final few days leading up to the completion date and afterwards were a very stressful and traumatic time for us. We can honestly say that thanks to the staff, the way we were treated and the generally polite, helpful, relaxed and friendly atmosphere at the office of Simple Estates, it has really helped us with moving on.<br><br>We would not hesitate to recommend them to any family or friends who wished to sell or rent a property through.
