Further to a glowing recommendation from Mortgage Heroes, I met with Mathew from Move Revolution, and from the first time of meeting, I felt confident that he was the estate agent to choose. Communication is essential during any house sale process and Mathew was always available to provide me with timely updates, dealing with many questions and sometimes simply agreeing the best time to have a call. Communication from and with the Move Revolution team was absolutely excellent, something I have never received from an estate agent in the past. Mathew is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in the housing market, so was driven but realistic when it came to pricing the house at the beginning, and also when we needed to adjust the price to reflect the housing market whilst remaining competitive with other properties in the local area. Despite the first sale falling through (beyond anyone’s control), Mathew’s determination did not waiver and we secured a good price, completing a little over 5 months after the accepted offer, which was mainly due to Mathew’s relentless chasing of contacts throughout the chain to ensure good progress was made at every stage - something you won’t get from most estate agents! Mathew was respectful, empathetic and mindful during the entire process, especially with the sensitivities of it being a separation sale.
