Where to start ... Move Revolution are an absolute dream to work with and we cannot recommend them enough. Professional, friendly and reliable just doesn’t seem to cover it - they truly went above and beyond for the sale of our property. Mathew dealt with the entire process and kept us informed every step of the way, especially within the last few weeks approaching exchange when things were a little more tense! The most impressive aspect for us was the completion day ... things didn’t exactly go to plan and unfortunately we received keys to our new property very late in the day, but only a front door key - there was no back door or garage access. The estate agents we used for the purchase (who will remain nameless!) were utterly useless, so we phoned Mathew from MR for assistance ... he not only started ringing around his contacts to help us obtain the extra keys, he emailed the part exchange manager of our new property and explained what had happened to us. We were compensated for damages and Mathew made a horribly stressful situation much more bearable. Simply cannot recommend Move Revolution enough and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in either marketing our property or seeking assistance in finding a new one.
