Thank you Jenny Archer and Charlotte Poutney. I knew Jenny was the person for us as soon as I met her, and she more than lived up to expectations. Very good at her job indeed. Charlotte was our move manager and very tenacious, which meant we stayed on top of everything, and she really pulled it out of the bag on completion day.
