Unlike other agencies, the staff at Manning Stainton really took the time to explain the local property market to me when I first started looking for a house to buy and after we'd found a property Lucy could not have worked harder on our behalf. Without her experience, drive and enthusiasm I'm sure the sale would have taken a lot longer and perhaps not gone through at all. Lucy also kept me up to date and even listened patiently to my moaning when other people in the chain were holding things up.
