They mediated so well with a difficult buyer and overcame all obstacles for us. Stevie and the team at Manning Stainton were fantastic. Everything about the process of selling our house was great: the valuation through to the way they presented our house for sale, the consideration for our family when arranging viewings, the organised way our offers were presented. They provided professional yet friendly service throughout and we were so grateful for their continued support during the lengthy process of us finding a property to move to. Even though the process could have been stressful, Manning had everything under control and communicated messages quickly between us and our buyer. They were also so helpful at explaining things and making sure our move went smoothly. They understand that buying and selling houses is about so much more than money - it's about people's lives and people's families - and I really felt that this was present in the way they worked with such respect and empathy for their clients. Jenny Archer and the rest of the team were really helpful and always on hand to support. However the removal company, Shires, that they recommended were unprofessional in asking for us to assist with lifting and disassembling which they had been paid to do and some beers and a power drill disappeared during the move. We wouldn't have gone with Shires which cost more than the competition when it came to packing and disassembling had they not been recommended by Manning Staunton so they should take some of the blame.
