Whitegates have been managing my rental property in Heanor for the last few years, and have always been very proactive with any issues, and quickly resolve any problems that occur. When tenants have given notice, there has been a very swift changeover of tenants, and have never experienced any issues with rent - always bring paid, and on time. Although the cleanliness of the house at the end of tenancy sometimes leaves a lot to be desired, Whitegates have always taken steps to resolve this, and are strong advocates of money being taken from the bond, when absolutely necessary, to rectify this. A very special thanks to Lisa over the recent change of tenants, at a very difficult time for me personally, went way above and beyond the normal customer service expectation.
