The team at Whitegates Heanor are genuinely exceptional. Estate agents often get a bad press so it's really nice to be able to effuse genuinely about these guys. Sally and Louise should be delivering training in customer service because they're both brilliant. They're patient, and listen, and were both really personable, which is worth such a lot in what can be a very fraught process when buying/selling your house. But just being lovely people isn't the end of it. They're both seriously dedicated and never failed to to go chasing people in our long chain. Quite frankly they were way better than my solicitors at chasing answers and communicating with everyone in the chain. I cannot fault them at all and would like to thank them for really always being on hand when needed. If you're trying to decide between agents in this area, and if you're looking for people who will work tirelessly to get things moving, go with Whitegates.
