Superb service from Russell, Suzanne, and the rest of the Hedge End team. Before putting our home on the market we spoke to three estate agents - explaining to each our problem: that we needed to sell our second property before putting ours on the market. Three out of the four agents told us to wait then get in touch once our second home was sold. Suzanne at White and Guard suggested we get a let-to-buy mortgage while we waited. So that's what we did. Last Friday we picked up the keys to our new home and couldn't be happier. We were even given a rather snazzy bottle of champers when we collected our keys.
