I originally chose this agent to sell my property and was very impressed by the way they presented the brand and how they dealt with the process of preparing my property to sell. My circumstances then changed and I chose to let my property instead. Becoming a landlord was new to me and my mind was put at ease about the process. I have found that all of the staff members in both sales and lettings were helpful and knowledgeable. Any problems I have had have been dealt with quickly and professionally. My only suggestion for improvement would be to be more forthcoming with information before a seller or landlord needs to ask for it. For example, knowing whether a tenant has moved in on the set date and if they have settled in well.

I have found them extremely helpful throughout our whole experience from first looking around the property with Sarah Oliver through to getting weekly updates about the progress of the move with Leanna Hill.
