Excellent experience with Martyn Gerrard as a first time buyer

We purchased our flat as first time buyers with Lee Jones as our agent.. Lee was extremely knowledgable of the local area and his help in the search for a property and managing the transaction was invaluable. He managed all steps of the process for us and was always friendly and approachable, sorting even seemingly insurmountable problems so that the transaction was smooth and efficient. We will most definitely use Martyn Gerrard for any future sales/purchases and I would thank Lee personally for enabling us to buy a perfect first flat.
