CJ Hole managed the sale of my late parents house in Westbury Park. It had been in the family for 59 years and so following my Mother's death in October we put it on the market. I met with three estate agents and Tim Pepper was head and shoulders above the other candidates. Disposing of the house was potentially a very traumatic time for my three sisters and myself (they all live away from Bristol) and so we agreed that I would be best placed to appoint and deal with the estate agents as one of the executors of my late mother's will. Without question CJ Hole made the process that much easier for me to deal with and stress free. Even when there were brief delays in the probate process, they were most understanding particularly with what was then a deadline to meet so that the buyers could benefit from the stamp duty holiday.
