An absolute disgrace. They haven't fixed a broken boiler and an oven in 6 months. Very little hot water since moving in and no oven now for a month or so. No repairs done at all. We have a two year old and pay them £1650 every month. About 50 emails and probably over 100 phone calls to both agency and landlord to fix 2 things and nothing. Not competent and no care. Now they've walked away from the agreement half way through, they no longer are the agency for the property, they won't even talk to me. Shocked! Just us and the terrible landlord now. Steer clear!!! Stay away. Worse agency we've ever had who set us up with the worse landlord we've ever had and paying £1650 for thr pleasure. Going to the media and getting this viral.
