My mother who is in her eighties and has hearing difficulties has recently sold her property via Ryder and Dutton in Heywood and they have made the process as easy and efficient as was possible. Catherine Salisbury has been particularly helpful and kind , making sure if there was any doubt my mother had not heard correctly she kept me informed and really going out of her way to push for the preferred completion date which she achieved . In the age of online property sales sometimes it is nice to have a more personal touch , especially if you are older or unsure with technology.
