Becky Taylor and Nikki Cockcroft assisted us with our mortgage application and provided an outstanding service. Nikki's financial advice was very helpful and her expertise in recommending which mortgagee to go with was invaluable (we needed someone who would turn around the application quickly and Nikki knew the timescales involved with different lenders). Both Nikki and Becky kept us updated regularly - I never had to chase them once, and Becky was really proactive in driving the process once the application had gone in. Highly recommend.
