Nikki was very inviting, helpful and very patient when our little lad was playing with her desk stationary. Nikki found us a great mortgage deal which made us go for the property we are now living in and love. As part of their service, we were provided with her assistant Becky Taylor for any help during the process in regards to paperwork or solicitor chasing, which there was a ridiculous amount of. Even with her personal issues, she still found time to help us out with everything which we can not thank enough. Even calls with just a small update was pleasure to speak to.
