The staff at Ryder & Dutton have been brilliant throughout handling the sale of my property, from the off i was at ease with the initial meeting and valuation provided by Rachel, who offered an honest opinion on the current state of the market and showed good knowledge into similar properties on the market in my area. Lynn and Catherine both offered great service from the office, initially with handling any potential interest in the property and following up a viewing with potential buyers. In the final stages of the service Catherine worked tirelessly chasing feedback from both sets of solicitors in an effort to keep the sale moving through, providing feedback constantly along the way, this helped me achieve the completion date I had hoped for. Overall the staff are very professional and offer an excellent service.
