We were involved in a very tricky chain but Catherine Salisbury and Rachel Brettel at the Heywood branch were absolutely fantastic in helping getting it completed. They were very helpful, answered any queries, responded promptly and remained professional throughout. We are very happy in our new house and are grateful for them going the extra mile to ensure ot happened!
