We were looking at different mortgage options and Nikki was able to use her experience to arrange and secure us some great deals within a tight timeframe. Prior to agreeing to any arrangement Nikki was a consummate professional. Initial communication was fantastic - with prompt replies to emails and speedy answers to any queries. Our needs were not straight forward but Nikki was able to make the whole process stress free. Even after the mortgages were in place communication is still fantastic. Becky is still working hard on our behalf and is regularly in touch with updates. Becky also responds promptly to any email or phone queries. With little time to arrange my own mortgages I turned to an advisor and I can honestly say that Nikki and Becky have been fantastic value for money.
