From the first meeting at the property Ryder and Dutton have excelled in all departments. I was overwhelmed by the price the property went up for sale as I had no idea of the true worth. I was emailed every couple of days with more and more viewings booked in. As I work away a lot Ryder and Dutton were more than happy to do viewings for me. I would say 2 weeks after going up with them the property sale was agreed well above asking price. Can't thank all the staff enough for there hard work. Catherine has been in continuous communication with me. Property now sold and good luck to the new owners. I'm sure they'll also have positive feedback regarding buying with Ryder and Dutton.
