I was dealing with Catherine at the Heywood Branch for the purchase of one of her properties. Catherine was the best, she was very responsive via email and got answers pretty quickly, if i ever had any queries, always polite and friendly and we built up a great rapport. I had a nightmare in selling my house, solicitors next to useless and Catherine provided alot of support and reassurance, even though she was acting for her client, she treated me like i was her client too. Her compassion and understanding was really appreciated, i can't say enough positive things about my experience with her. I wish i would of used Ryder & Dutton for the Sale of my house instead of a well known/popular online company.
