Megan was extremely helpful throughout the purchase of my new home. There is some frustrating red tape which is entirely artificial and put in place by R&D (and probably other agents) which caused a lot of frustration on the buyers and sellers side - that wouldn’t have been an issue had R&D not been involved… Which feels unnecessary and actually resulted in me losing a house we’d had an offer accepted on. The seller actually ended up so fed up that they decided not to sell their house at all! Nevertheless, I felt Megan was informative, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping and doing her best to meet my and the - eventual seller throughout the process.
