From the first meeting at the property Ryder and Dutton have excelled in all departments. I was overwhelmed by the price the property went up for sale as I had no idea of the true worth. I was emailed every couple of days with more and more viewings booked in. As I work away a lot Ryder and Dutton were more than happy to do viewings for me. I would say 2 weeks after going up with them the property sale was agreed well above asking price. Can't thank all the staff enough for there hard work.
