As a first-time buyer, I found the progress very daunting, but Jan provided a superb service throughout the whole process, and she was the key to keeping the sale moving along. She was very friendly and professional, and she was always on the ball with my conveyancers. She actually listened to my concerns at various points of the sale and was always on hand to answer my questions. Shout-out to Charlotte S too, for making me fall in love with the place as soon as I went to the viewing with her - she seemed genuinely excited for me, and she inspired me with the property in an instant. Lisa was prompt and quickly registered my offer, keeping me informed every step of the way until my offer was accepted. I would recommend buying a property through JNP High Wycombe, but would suggest researching conveyancers around the area as I found “JNP Conveyancing” quite difficult to deal with at times (but note, they are separate to JNP in High Wycombe)
