Sold my flat through JNP using Lisa Smith and Ross Forder as the agents and I’m so pleased I did. Everything that could go wrong with my sale did (due to the incompetence of outside parties) but these guys were on it every day. Therefore, I highly recommend them as they’re professional, great communicators and incredible supportive during a very stressful process. The whole way through from the day it goes on sale to completion they kept me up to date without the need to chase them. They doggedly persisted in chasing outside parties no matter how many obstacles are thrown in last minute (by the incompetence of others) and I truly believe my sale wouldn’t have happened without both of them being on the case all the time, going well beyond my expectations. They were even there with a supportive ear whenever I needed reassurance.
