Unfortunately I didn’t receive a very good service from JNP lettings department. I had to chase countless times regarding an offer when it turns out there had been a response sitting in their inbox for a few days. I then had a very rude and sharp person on the phone ringing me back with very few details regarding the offer. I then followed up asking them to call me with why the landlord had said a certain thing and over 24 hours later I am yet to hear from them. The tone of voice from the lettings agent was rude and unacceptable. I won’t be trying to view any of their properties again.
