Jan was our co-ordinator throughout this very long and arduous as well as stressful process in selling our house and purchasing another. All the way through this she kept us up to date as to what was happening, pushing things along when needed and just being there for a person to unfortunately rant at - my apologies - when things got frustrating with our conveyancer.
