Less than 1 🌟 Arranged a viewing with Lloyd for Saturday at 11:30 am. Arrived only to be left waiting, tried calling the office and no answer. Luckily the previous tenant showed up with their removal people. She called her contact as she was not made aware of any viewing taking place. They advised nothing was booked in on their system and asked that we call the office. The office that doesn't answer the phone of course. We decided that if a company is this poorly managed and unprofessional then they aren't worth getting involved with.
