Take ages to reply, ended up dealing with 4 agents for 1 house. Then showed interest in the property as the first applicant interested, was told they were closed for a week so not to worry about other people putting offers and viewing the property... and came back to them having seen another 8 people greatly decreasing my chance of being accepted.. complete waste of time and energy and the process is a load of waffle.. genuinely wouldn't want anyone else wasting their time so bare this in mind.
