RACIST and affected my CREDIT REPORTac. Made me consent to a credit check on the basis that the landlord would proceed with my offer. Then made me wait 3 days as they apparently "couldn't get hold of the landlord" Even though they continued to hold viewings for the property over the weekend. Then stated a number of outrageous stipulations (which was never outlined before) in order to try and put me off from proceeding with me offer. RACIST company. I felt nothing but discrimination from the way i have been treated. I will forward all of my correspondence onto the financial Ombudsman to review.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
