Rented a property through jnp and at first everything was fine very quick at responding to emails and phone calls however once i rasied issues concerning damp and mold they became very unhelpful, took up two weeks to get a response from them regarding the situation overall i think it took three months before they sent an electrician out to check the dehumidifier which was working and i told them it was. Nothing was done till after we moved out and we left early even after paying the last month because i decided after having over a £1000 worth of damage done to my personal property i was done, but the laughable part was them telling me i could be held responsible for any mold or damp damage to the property even though i notified them. Though from looking at reviews they dont seem to care for lettings just sales maybe they should only sale cause clearly they only care about the money and nothing else. Avoid this company with a passion if your renting! Also its a bit funny how they dont respond to bad reviews only good ones, i think thay says it all no?
