Just had a boiler replaced. It's always difficult situation full of stress and upset when it's cold at home. Katrina from JNP did brilliant wrapping up whole situation professionally. Although a delay caused by my landlord, with a help from Tori while out of office day, they managed to get the team sent over weekend. At the end I got heating back sooner than the first estimation.
