Lisa helped to keep the momentum with the sale by liaising between myself and the buyers solicitor to keep me informed of progress, and gently nudge when my team needed to take action, which resulted in the sale completing 13 weeks after we accepted the offer, which feels miraculous given some of the horror stories I have heard from others selling houses.
