Wow what an amazing agent to deal with! As a first-time buyer, I found myself dealing with a seller who had a particularly awkward solicitor, which could have made the whole process much more stressful. However, Lisa at JNP sales High Wycombe was absolutely incredible at acting as the middleman, ensuring that both the seller and I had our queries answered fairly and promptly. Her ability to navigate the situation and keep everyone on track and happy made all the difference. The communication throughout was excellent, and I always felt kept in the loop. Caroline, who conducted our viewings, was a breath of fresh air. He was knowledgeable beyond what youd expect from a typical agent. What stood out the most was how much the team genuinely cared about us as first-time buyers. We got a nice treat upon collecting our keys. It made turning those keys into our new door even more special. They were not just focused on the seller, but really made an effort to ensure we were informed and comfortable throughout the whole process. Sold our house July 2024. The house was a tricky one to sell but Mat and his team were great. So pleased with their service. We were kept up to date with viewings and the outcomes of each. Finally sold and got a good market price.
